Refunds (Club Officers)
When dealing with a refund through SloanGroups, one of two things may happen.
1. The person seeking a refund may request the refund through SloanGroups. In this instance, the club officer needs to go "Refund Requests" and submit the refund request to Student Life for processing. To learn how to do this, watch: Respond to a Refund Request
2. For whatever reason, a club officer wishes to refund a SloanGroups purchase for which the purchaser did not take the steps to request a refund through SloanGroups. In this instance, the club officer needs to both request the refund on the purchaser's behalf and submit the request to Student Life for processing.
