LearningBridge will email you instructions on how to access your x360 Leadership Development Report. Reports will be available beginning June 19.
Please complete the pre-work and Reflection Worksheet below. Submit your Worksheet no later than July 3. The Reflection Worksheet is required to participate in the Guided Meeting.
Once you have completed all pre-work, you will be assigned a guide. This guide will email to schedule a time to meet.
If you haven't heard from your guide by July 20, please contact Allison Pepi. (apepi@mit.edu)
Your x360 and Reflection Worksheet are meant to serve as catalysts for a guided discussion to identify some leadership development goals for your time at Sloan. Having this conversation with a guide and peers will give you a chance to connect with other members of the class of 2028.
Your guide will coordinate a meeting time directly with you via email.
Prior to attending a guided session, complete the following pre-work.
