Join us for lunch and a fireside chat with Professor Emilio J. Castilla of MIT Sloan, who will share insights from his new book The Meritocracy Paradox, exploring how well-intentioned efforts to build "meritocratic" organizations can backfire, creating hidden risks for leaders and firms. The first 20 students to arrive will receive a signed copy, and attendees will gain practical frameworks to lead more inclusive, high-performing organizations.

Peter Krause Talk: October 7, Gaza, and the Future for Israelis and Palestinians - Part 2 11:30am-1pm

This session will explore the current crisis in Gaza and its broader geopolitical implications, and future regional outcomes. Participants will also learn practical tools for engaging in constructive dialogue around complex global issues.
