Inclusive Leadership & Sloan Club Management Basics

All co-presidents, finance leads, and space reservers named in the 2024-2025 club transition survey are required to attend the following two training sessions. Club funding for fall 2024 and spring 2025 semesters provided through the Sloan Senate is contingent upon attendance.

The MIT Sloan Student Life Office oversees and advises MIT Sloan student clubs. We designed these trainings to ensure that club leaders have the resources, knowledge, and skills required to manage their clubs and contribute the vibrant MIT Sloan community.

Club officers attending this training Inclusive Leadership & Sloan Club Management Basics can expect to come away with the following:

• Understanding of SloanGroups club management tools and resources available through the MIT Sloan Student Life Office
• Tips and best practices for creating equitable, inclusive, and welcoming club communities that all can learn and thrive within
• Best ways to engage with and leverage resources provided by the MIT Sloan Student Life Office as well as other key stakeholder departments at MIT Sloan.
