Event Details
Mindfulness means maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, bodily sensations, and surrounding environment. It can bring a variety of physical, psychological, and social benefits, including: reduced stress and anger, increased focus and joy, healthier relationships, stronger immune system, and healing of PTSD and other trauma.

The format will be a mixture of meditation and discussion, focused around a specific topic for the week.
