We are excited to present the inaugural DEI student awards at the conclusion of this event, in recognition of current MIT Sloan Students who have served as champions of initiatives, activities, or efforts that advance equity, diversity, and inclusion at MIT Sloan and beyond.
 

In 2020, leaders and companies have communicated their commitments to creating a more diverse, equitable, and inclusive (DEI) environment. Since then, commitments for DEI have accelerated while others have yet to be fulfilled. Please join us at MIT Sloan’s inaugural DEI Capstone event where you will learn and engage with MIT Sloan alumni leaders on what they’ve experienced supporting their organizations commitments to DEI and how they have strategically led DEI initiatives. Our objective is for participants to gain a deeper understanding about how DEI is being discussed and implemented across various business sectors.
