All recurring conferences must re-apply each year.
If your club is planning to host a conference in Spring 2026, please complete the application no later than August 1, 2025.
Approved conferences for 2025-2026 include:

We know summer tends to be a quieter time for clubs, but it’s also a great opportunity to make sure everything is in place for students who are on campus now—and to set yourselves up for a smooth start when the semester kicks off again.
Here’s a quick checklist to help you stay on track:
Update Your Club Website - make sure all information is current.
Review Membership Settings - double check that your membership options are accurate for students who wish to join over the summer.
Post on Social Media - a quick update or summer greeting helps keep your club visible.

Atlas Event Registration Updates
IS&T has just released new enhancements to the Atlas registration system. These are the main things to note:
You'll now need to enter a valid cost object to successfully submit your event registration. Your club will only be charged if a police detail is assigned to your event, but it is a required field for all submissions.
For events with alcohol, you no longer need to upload a separate alcohol approval form. You'll just enter the details directly onto the Atlas registration page.
