The Writing and Communication Center (WCC)
The Writing and Communication Center offers free one-on-one in-person and remote consultations as well as workshops featuring professional advice from communication experts with advanced degrees and publishing experience. The WCC can help you further develop your oral communication skills and learn about all types of academic and professional writing.
Course XV Dinners
6:30pm-8:30pm Course XV Dinners are an opportunity for 15 students from across programs to have a free, delicious, three course dinner at a local venue with a member of the Student Life and DEI Offices.
The Yarn X SWIM Push for Parity Wednesday, March 6th 7pm-10pm Wong Auditorium
SWIM takes over the Yarn with incredible stories from powerful women! In SWIM's effort to Push for Parity all week, the Yarn will showcase the journey and insight from women and nonbinary leaders.

Come celebrate the LGBTQ+ community, specifically drag culture. Cheer on your classmates as they strut the runway and compete in a friendly competition showing off their alter egos, then dance the night away to some bangin' tunes. Tickets: $15+

Every month, the Student Life Office wants to shine a spotlight on your fellow Sloanies whose contributions are making a positive impact to the greater MIT Sloan community. Nominate another student, student organization, or organization event as a highlight of your month. Submit your nominations and let us know why they had a positive impact on you here. Nominations for this cycle are due on March 1st. Community Impact Spotlights will each receive $50 in TechCash, and all nominators will be entered into a lottery for a chance to win!
