Know Your Resource: MIT Health Seminar Series

The MIT Health Seminar Series offers a unique opportunity to deepen your knowledge and engage with MIT Health clinicians, along with other community members. The series is free and open to members of the MIT community, along with patients who get their care at MIT Health.

  • Reboot Your Sleep: A Health Coaching WorkshopThis health coaching workshop will provide tools and techniques that help improve sleep quality, manage stress to protect your good night’s sleep, and make getting up in the morning easier. Tuesday, February 25, 1–2 P.M. Register Here
  • The Healing Power of Arts and Creativity: Artistic endeavors involve creative inner forces and talents, relying on imagination, inspiration, inventiveness,  and originality — and are uniquely human. 2025 MOSAIC Taiwan Exchange Program

It is a fellowship exchange program for promising young leaders from the U.S. and Canada hoping to gain firsthand experience of Taiwan. Sponsored by Taiwan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the program provides young people(20-35 years old) with an interest in global affairs the opportunity to better understand Taiwan’s culture and society through extensive exchanges with local students and professionals and to explore the beauty of the country’s natural environment. 

Mosaic Taiwan 2025 will run from June 16 to June 27, 2025. The application deadline is March 12, 2025.
