Thank you to everyone who signed up to table at ClubFest—we’re excited to see your clubs in action! Table assignments will be shared early next week with those who submitted a request.
If your club missed the deadline, you won’t have a designated table or be listed on the event map. That said, we still encourage you to participate! Consider reaching out to clubs with a similar mission to ask about sharing space or leaving materials at their table. You’re also welcome to swing by the event to check for any last-minute openings.

Conference, Hackathon, & Case Competition Planning Fall Kick-Off Session
Attend this session if you are planning a Sloan student-led conference, hackathon, or case competition. We will discuss ideal planning timelines, planning tools available to you, sponsorship process, speaker best practices, leading a team, and more.
This will be an opportunity to meet other students planning conferences this academic year and key Sloan staff stakeholders/advisors/supporters.
Fundraising Workshop Series Calling all Conference Leads and Clubs Looking to Raise Sponsorship!
SLO has organized a 3-part workshop series to support your planning and executing successful conferences and reaching your organizational goals.
Whether you're new to organizing or looking to enhance your skills, you'll gain insights into key trends, inclusive planning strategies, and essential fundraising techniques. By participating, you will
Understand what motivates sponsors and how those motivations are evolving.
Learn the core principles of inclusive, effective conference planning.
Practice concise, compelling communication for fundraising and beyond.
Explore ways to build lasting relationships with philanthropists and sponsors.

Session 1: Donor Identification & Less Stress Solicitation Structures - Friday, September 12, 10am-12pm (In-person)
Session 2: Standardized, ROI Focused Materials & Close On Sponsorships - Friday September 26, 10am-12pm (In-person)
Session 3: Review Fundraising Scenarios & Get Your Relevant Questions Answered - Thursday, October 9, 11:45am-12:45pm (Virtual)
