Know Your Resource: The Wellbeing Lab
Missed the Pop-Up Event with the Wellbeing Lab yesterday? Check out the Wellbeing Lab! Located on the 3rd floor of the newly renovated Student Center, the Wellbeing Lab is a go-to spot for students to unwind and be themselves.
A space to prioritize you. Entering the main entrance on the third floor, at the top of a new staircase, students are welcomed into a lounge with comfortable, fun, and functional furniture that invites you to pause, rest, and recharge. Adjacent to the lounge is a flexible space with movable tables that hosts a variety of programs which help students prioritize their mental and physical health, develop healthy relationships, and clarify their sense of purpose. Some examples include, therapy dogs, workshops on sleep and self-care, healthy eating and nutrition demonstrations, wellness screenings, and more!

Course XV Dinners are an opportunity for fifteen students from across the programs to have a free, delicious, three course dinner at a local venue with a member of the Student Life Office.
