The Leadership Now Project is an advocacy group for influential business leaders centered around protecting and renewing American democracy, believing healthy democracies lead to healthy economies.

Are you interested in sustainable finance? Curious to explore the policy factors shaping the ESG landscape? Eager to meet the banking leaders, investors, regulators, and activists creating and responding to these policy shifts? Then join the new competition from the Erb Institute and Business+Impact at the University of Michigan and the Alliance for Responsible Capitalism, the ESG Dilemma Design Challenge! Teams from business schools across the country will be participating!
Competition summary: Banks recognize that climate change poses a material risk to business, and customers are calling for low-carbon investment options. However, they face diverging political pressures, with increasing transparency requirements on one side, and anti-ESG backlash on the other. How might banks navigate these political straits while advancing towards a net zero financial system? Banks are looking for your help on this timely topic.
Connect with Action Learning faculty and staff to learn more about spring labs before bidding begins in December! In the first half of the event, faculty and staff will give 3-minute pitches about the labs. In the second half, you will have the chance to ask lab-specific questions at the Q&A tables.
