Know Your Resource:
Quiet Rooms, Meditation Rooms, Nursing Mothers

Student Life maintains three meditation rooms available to all MIT Sloan students and staff who could use a break from the noise. One of these rooms is a dedicated Islamic prayer room. In addition to these rooms, we also have a special room in E51 for nursing mothers. To learn more about these rooms and/or request access, please e-mail slquestions@mit.edu.

RSVP for a free 20-minute chair massage and/or a free 60-minute acupuncture session to help reduce your overall stress and tension on Monday or Tuesday, from 2pm-6pm. Walk in appointments are also available days of! On Wednesday drop by the Student Life Office for a wellness kit and some relaxing wellness treats!

Sloan Supper Club
Monday, December 12th

Attendees will be placed into small randomized groups that will go for dinner at a local Boston restaurant or a Sloanies home. The SEC will be providing funding to offset the costs of each dinner and the night will conclude with Karaoke and dancing at Hong Kong Restaurant in Harvard Square.
Tickets will go on sale Wednesday, November 30th.

MIT Grad Arts Forum is delighted to invite the graduate student community to a preview performance of Life of Pi at American Repertory Theater on Wednesday, December 7 at 7:30pm. Tickets are only reservable with an MIT email address. Students can reserve up to 2 tickets per person. Register here! Reserved tickets will be available for pickup from Room E15-205K between the hours of 10am and 2:30pm on November 29, 30, and December 1.
