Yoga with the MIT Outing Club

This weekly informal yoga class is for active people who want to stretch/strengthen muscles worked from biking/boating/climbing/hiking/skiing or hunching over a laptop wishing you were out doing those other things. Class is pretty interactive, beginning with some time to meet the other MITOC yogis and make requests of their excellent yoga guru, Sandy, who tailors each class to the needs of the participants. Beginners welcome!

Dean on Call: Students living on campus can dial 100 from campus phones or 617-253-1212 to reach MIT Police, then ask to speak to the dean on call. The dean on call is available Monday through Friday, 5 p.m.–9 a.m., and on Saturdays, Sundays and MIT-observed holidays.
