Mondays 6-7:30PM
In Person (E51-085) & Online
This weekly informal yoga class is for active people who want to stretch/strengthen muscles worked from biking/boating/climbing/hiking/skiing or hunching over a laptop wishing you were out doing those other things. Class is pretty interactive, beginning with some time to meet the other MITOC yogis and make requests of their excellent yoga guru, Sandy, who tailors each class to the needs of the participants. Beginners welcome!
