Student Club & Event SWAG - Branding & Sales Guidelines

Is your student organization looking to order SWAG with your club logo? Find step-by-step instructions to help guide you through the purchasing process and a list of preferred vendors here.

A friendly reminder that Venmo (or similar) is not permitted for SWAG sales. You must sell your merch by creating a store on SloanGroups. Find instructional videos for creating a store on SloanGroups and for adding items to your store here.

Tabling in E62

Did you know that there is an official process to "table" in the E62 Cafe?

All you need to do is have your club's space reserver (if you're not sure who this is, look at the admin tags of your group's officers) submit a "table display" request via SloanSpace. Check out this handy video tutorial for step-by-step instructions. Once your reservation is confirmed, you can pick up a table at SES at the start of your reservation.

If you have any questions, contact Sloan Educational Services (SES) or call 617-253-1510.

E62 Cafe Voucher Timeline

A friendly reminder that while Restaurant Associates and Student Life are happy to help with E62 Cafe Voucher requests, we respectfully ask for at least 3 business days notice. We cannot ensure RA's ability to provide vochers outside of that timeframe.

If you are interested in purchasing vouchers for your event attendees, please reach out to Megan Hayward. Provide the date and time of your event and number of vouchers you would like. Be sure to copy slquestions@mit.edu on your email so Student Life can assist with payment.
