Wellbeing Lab is now open! The Wellbeing Lab will be a go-to spot for students to unwind and be themselves. You can find it located in the former Coffeehouse Lounge on the Student Center's third floor.

Hayden Library
Adopt a book recommended by someone at MIT! All the books will be wrapped and organized by genre, with only the recommendations written by community members on the them. Attendees will select books based solely on the genre and recommendation.

Connect with other men in a supportive space and learn effective ways to strengthen your self-care & relationships. Welcoming all MIT undergrad and grad students identifying as men. Every month, the Student Life Office wants to shine a spotlight on your fellow Sloanies whose contributions are making a positive impact to the greater MIT Sloan community. Nominate another student, student organization, or organization event as a highlight of your month. Submit your nominations and let us know why they had a positive impact on you here. Nominations for this cycle are due on November 1st. Community Impact Spotlights will each receive $50 in TechCash, and all nominators will be entered into a lottery for a chance to win!
