Session One: Leadership for Bonding and Belonging is foundational to the sessions that follow and a pre-req for team formation and sustainability.

In this session, Core Mentors will have the opportunity to explore key questions, including: what does it mean to belong when building and sustaining a diverse team? Is there a difference between inclusion and belonging? If so, what are the distinctions? Why do they matter? Practically speaking, how do we foster bonds that enable maximum belonging?
