Steve Marcus, General Partner at Riot Ventures, will join us for a casual conversation about investing and building the deep technology companies that will shape the future.

Steve is a futurist and believes our world will continue to bind together with machines. He invests in technology companies attacking massive markets with full stack hardware + software solutions. He's especially excited about building the future of transportation (air, land and sea), global real-time data feeds, smart infrastructure and cities, fully automated manufacturing and production systems, and the connected human body. Prior to Riot, Steve was the founder of six hardware + software companies and an investor in dozens of others. His pre-seed and seed portfolio companies have a combined enterprise value of $7B and generated revenue of more than $500M in 2017.

Steve earned a BS from Worcester Polytechnic Institute and an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management.
