Mission
The group's mission statement: The MIT Sloan Pipeline for Leadership and Underrepresented Groups or “The PLUG” is a student-run initiative aimed to assist historically underrepresented minority (URM) and African prospective MBA students with the MIT Sloan application process – through matching students with student and alumni mentors, application and interview preparation workshops, and strategic partnerships – in order to ensure a diverse pipeline of talented MBA students.
