Matt Sevey is the CTO and Co-Founder of Arda Global, a company building programmable infrastructure for private credit and real-asset markets.

Matt began his career in mechanical engineering, spending six years at Procter & Gamble before making the leap into software in 2018, jumping straight into the blockchain space. Since then, he’s worked across engineering and leadership roles, including as Director of Engineering at Celestia Labs, where he helped build next-generation blockchain infrastructure and introduce the modular blockchain industry.

Alongside his technical work, Matt founded My Code Career, a mentorship program that helps people transition into software engineering and accelerate their careers. He’s guided newcomers breaking into tech as well as senior engineers shifting from Web2 to Web3 or between technical domains like frontend and systems programming. His focus was on helping people build a clear, authentic career narrative that connects where they’ve been to where they want to go.
