About qBraid: qBraid is building a one-stop cloud-based platform to develop applications for quantum computers. The interest in quantum computing has grown dramatically in recent years, but the entry barrier to the technology is still very high. At qBraid, developers get access to effective hands-on courses in quantum computing, as well as native apps to augment their ability to build impactful applications.
About the Presenters:
Andrea Coladangelo is a Postdoctoral Scholar in the Computer Science department at UC Berkeley researching quantum cryptography. He was previously a Research Fellow at the Simons Institute for the Theory of Computing, and a researcher at the Quantum Computing group at IBM. He obtained a PhD from Caltech, and he is a co-founder of qBraid.
Kanav Setia is a co-founder and the CEO of qBraid. He received his Ph.D. in Physics from Dartmouth College in 2020. His research focuses on quantum algorithms for simulating quantum chemistry systems on quantum computers. He has contributed to the open-source quantum computing software of IBM and Google.
