Everyone’s talking about AI agents. Far fewer people know how to build one that holds up outside a demo. This session is a practical, no-jargon walkthrough for anyone who wants to build or lead AI projects, whether you’re technical or not. Hamza will be taking you through some fantastic content to help enrich your understanding.

We’ll cover:
1. How LLMs and agents actually work, in plain English
2. Agent or simple workflow? How to tell when you really need an agent and when something simpler will do the job better
3. The vocabulary, decoded: harness, agents, context, and tools
4. Context engineering: how to give an AI the right information at the right time
5. Evals: how to tell whether your system is actually any good
6. Reliability: what it takes to trust these systems in real work

To keep it concrete, Hamza will use his own multi-agent workflow as a running example, showing what worked, what broke, and what he would do differently.

Come curious, leave with a clear mental model and a checklist you can use on your next project!
