Join us for the first "Ask Me Anything" of the year! AMAs provide firsthand, personal perspectives to advance understanding and dialogue. This month's theme is The Japanese Identity. Come hear your Japanese classmates share their perspective on what it means to be Japanese at home and abroad. Lunch will be provided. Brought to you by MIT Sloan Senate, Breaking the Mold, and Student Life.

The "Ask Me Anything" series of events provides firsthand personal perspectives on diversity issues. Each event focuses on a specific topic (past topics have included hearing loss, and Veterans) and a small panel of community members answers questions about this topic that people may otherwise be cautious of asking (in a respectful manner) in order to advance understanding and dialogue. We encourage faculty, staff, and students to attend these events to learn more about the issues and how to be effective allies and leaders, both within the MIT community and beyond.

Lunch will be provided. RSVP will open soon. Sponsored by the MIT Sloan Senate, Breaking the Mold, and MIT Sloan Student Life.
