Club Leader Summit

Club Leader Summit is an interactive training designed for incoming club leaders stepping into their roles. Through practical workshops, conversations with outgoing student leaders, and peer discussion, participants will gain the skills and confidence needed to lead effective, inclusive, and well-run organizations.

Participants will leave with:

• A clear understanding of their leadership roles and expectations
• Tools to build inclusive, hazing-free club cultures
• Practical strategies for planning events and managing finances
• Actionable goals for the year ahead and connections to campus resources

We encourage all new club co-presidents to attend this training. All MIT Sloan clubs are required to have at least one co-president in attendance to maintain your MIT Sloan club status.
