Get ready for the most glamorous nights of the year at Sloan, Spring Gala!

Students will have the option to attend Gala on either Friday, May 9th or Saturday, May 10th. Spring Gala will take place at the Marble House Mansion in Newport, RI. Tickets are $125 each and will be sold in three rounds, giving first preference to graduating Sloan students, before opening up to all Sloan students in the second round, and Sloan-affiliated program students in the third round.
 
  • Round 1: April 3rd 11:40am -12:20pm. All Sloan master's degrees and PhD students graduating in 2025 (EMBA 2025, LGO 2025, MBA 2025, MBAN, MFIN 2025 & MFIN Feb 2026,  MSMS, PHD 2025, & SF)
  • Round 2: April 3rd 12:40pm. All Sloan master's degrees and PhD students, regardless of graduation year (EMBA, LGO, MBA, MBAN, MFIN, MSMS, PHD, SF)
  • Round 3: April 8th 11:30am. Ticket sales will open up to all Sloan-affiliated programs (IDM, SDM, VF)

This event is 21+.
Deadline for ticket refunds is April 14th, 2025.

Spring Gala Bus Ticket

Spring Gala Same-Day Bus Shuttle Tickets. Roundtrip shuttle from MIT Sloan to Spring Gala in Newport, RI.

The Student Life Office has organized same-day bus shuttles to bring attendees to Gala and back to Cambridge following the event.

The buses will leave MIT Sloan promptly at 4:30pm and return from Newport when the event ends at midnight. This bus service will have a $40 per person cost. Bus tickets will go on sale on Thursday, April 10th at 11:45am.

Deadline for bus ticket refunds is Friday, April 18th at 11:55pm.
