New Club Spotlights

The MIT Sloan Corporate Finance Club strives to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for financial leadership roles in non-investment management industries (CFO, FP&A, Finance managers, Finance Business partners, etc.). The club focuses on enhancing financial acumen and providing opportunities to engage with finance professionals from different industries through events, workshops, and networking sessions. It aims to bridge the gap between academic studies and real-world CFO responsibilities, helping students prepare for successful careers.

The MIT Sloan Business and Government Club is dedicated to bridging the public and private sectors through meaningful dialogue, collaboration, and innovative thinking in policy, governance, and business leadership. BGC equips future leaders with the knowledge and networks needed to create lasting impact at the crossroads of business and policy. Whether your interest lies in climate, healthcare, energy, consulting, operations, AI, marketing, finance, or beyond, your unique perspective will enhance our vibrant community. Join us today, and together, let’s shape the future of leadership in business and governance.

ISO post-election email to international students

"To our Current International Students and Recent Alumni,
I know many of us are still reflecting on the results of last week’s U.S. elections. As with every election, when there is a change in administration on the federal level there can be changes in policies, regulations, and legislation that impacts higher education as well as immigration and visa status matters.
It is still too early to determine what the immediate impacts may be on immigration and visa issues since the new Congress will be sworn in at the beginning of January, and our new President will be sworn in on January 20, 2025. MIT and the ISO are using this time to prepare and keep the community informed if and when developments occur that could impact our international students. We will provide updates to the community as we have more information to share." View the full message here.
