In honor of black history month, on February 28th, SWIM and BBSA will be co-hosting a special Lean In circle focused on black women in business.

The dialogue will explore the intersectionality of race and gender in business and leadership; topics will include the experience of black women in the workplace and in management, the wage gap for women of color, gaining access & visibility to informal networks, the role of male allies in creating equity and inclusion in the workplace, fostering diversity and inclusion, and much more.

All—including women and men—are welcome to join this special Lean In event.
