The mission of MIT seeks "to develop in each member of the MIT community the ability and passion for working wisely, creatively, and effectively for the betterment of humankind."

In order for us as an institution to truly take on the task of achieving this mission in the broader community, we have to take on the challenges of developing each and every member within, at the margins, and kept out of our own community.

This workshop is aimed at bringing students, staff and faculty from across MIT together in dialogue to think critically, engage deeply and lead courageously for the betterment of the MIT community and ultimately the greater good.

Food will be provided.
