Note that the Nov 2 and Nov 3 sessions are IDENTICAL., so you may register for only ONE session. We will discuss projects, hosts, and the application process. Please reach out to the faculty asap if you have scheduling conflicts.

Interested in solving real world problems with world class firms in asset management, hedge funds, impact investing, VC and PE? The Finance Lab (Fin-Lab) gives you the opportunity to collaborate with senior management on substantive projects ranging from constructing investment strategies, to valuing startup enterprises, to evaluating impact investments and analyzing the performance and risk profile of emerging markets PE. With 25+ projects each year, Fin-Lab is a signature MIT Sloan course that partners with leading industry practitioners to provide students with meaningful, hands-on experience. Open only to MIT graduate students with preference given to MIT Sloan students.

Course Timing: The course runs full time during IAP (01/04/2027 – 1/29/2027) and in H3 Spring 2027. This course requires in person attendance; there is no remote option.
