Entrepreneurship and innovation are disrupting the real estate industry at a record pace, and will continue to do so for the foreseeable future. PropTech, FinTech, and design Design Thinking have already catalyzed new business opportunities for industry practitioners and better experiences for consumers. Hannah Arnold
Hannah is an Associate at F-Prime Capital, where she focuses on early-stage investments in FinTech. Prior to joining F-Prime, Hannah worked closely with startups in Johannesburg as an associate with Secha Capital, where she spent every day on the ground helping teams in Secha's portfolio scale. Previously, she was a consultant with Bain & Company in Atlanta, where she served large tech clients and worked extensively with the Private Equity practice on deals spanning healthcare, e-commerce and industrials. She began her career working for non-profits in international development, where she saw firsthand the impact that innovative financial products can have on people's lives.

Hannah received her BA in Public Policy from Duke University.

Josh Feinblum
Josh is a technologist with a strong background in entrepreneurship, cybersecurity, and anti-fraud technology. As Chief Security Officer of DigitalOcean, he leads trust and security, where his team tackles some of the most impactful fraud and abuse challenges on the Internet. Prior to joining DigitalOcean, he created the security organization at Rapid7, as part of their product leadership team.

Josh is deeply connected to the security community, and has extensive experience managing security teams, overseeing major clients at large managed service providers, and starting privacy and security-related programs across technology, health care, telecommunication, and Federal financial service firms. Additionally, he is deeply involved in the entrepreneurial community, with experience engaging with startups at every stage of maturity.

Josh earned his Bachelor's degree from the University of Maryland and his MBA from the Sloan School of Management at MIT.

Kosta Ligris
Kosta Ligris is an experienced entrepreneur, and the founder and CEO of the Ligris family of companies, a collection of professional services, real estate, consulting, and tech companies. Under his leadership, the Ligris companies have grown to become one of the largest residential conveyancing and transactional firms in Massachusetts. Along with its affiliated title agencies – the Ligris companies have overseen over $30 billion of real estate matters in the last decade. He has been recognized as a real estate "Super Lawyer" for seven consecutive years (2012-2018). Kosta has represented and performed consulting services for some of the nation's largest banks and real estate companies and has developed real estate in the Greater Boston markets for over a decade. Kosta develops systems, protocols and technology to create greater efficiency, security, compliance, and oversight in the real estate and title/settlement industry. Kosta also advises real estate companies in all verticals of real estate in innovation, strategy, technology, legal, compliance and other matters. He also mentors, advises, and invests in startups in fintech, "real-estate tech", and blockchain - disrupting the real estate and title insurance verticals. Kosta holds a B.S. in Physiology and Chemistry from Boston University, a J.D. with honors from Suffolk University Law School (where he serves on the Dean's Cabinet and the Alumni Board of Directors), and an M.B.A. from MIT's Sloan School of Management.
