A Conversation with Mike Greeley of Newmark Knight Frank

Michael Greeley is a managing director of Newmark Knight Frank's Medical-Academic Practice Group in Boston. Mr. Greeley joined the practice group with Frank Nelson in 2008. He has since worked on several landmark investment sales locally and nationally as well as hundreds of leasing transactions with healthcare and academic clients. With a focus on submarkets surrounding hospitals, universities and medical-academic clusters, Mr. Greeley specializes in investment sales, institutional consulting, tenant representation, agency leasing, and acquisition/disposition services. His clients include Alexandria Real Estate Equities, Atlantic Management, BioMed Realty Trust, Boston Children's Hospital, Boston Medical Center, The Davis Companies, National Development, New England Baptist Hospital, New England Development, Samuels & Associates and Steward Health Care. Mr. Greeley and his team are extremely active on a national level in medical office building sales, with notable transactions that include the Boston Medical Center Portfolio ($180 million), Steward Health Care Portfolio ($100 million), 50 Staniford Street ($124 million), Waldemere Medical Plaza ($47 million) and Worcester BioTech Park at UMass ($40 million).
