Ms. Nay is an Associate Director in the Boston office of HFF with more than six years of
experience in commercial real estate investment and equity placement. She has participated in the capitalization of a broad range of property types, including multi-housing, office, retail, hospitality, industrial, life science and mixed-use projects. Ms. Nay's experience spans underwriting, structuring and marketing transactions that have included construction financing, conventional permanent financing, agency financing, bridge financing, mezzanine debt, preferred equity and joint venture equity. Ms. Nay primarily focuses on debt and equity placement transactions for all property types and, throughout the course of her career with HFF, has been involved in the underwriting and marketing of $2 billion in commercial real estate transactions.

Ms. Nay joined the firm in 2013. Prior to HFF, she was a Portfolio Manager/Assistant Vice
President transacting on real estate loan and equity investments at Citizens Bank. Before
joining Citizens Bank, Ms. Nay was Teach For America corps member, teaching high school Spanish in inner city Baltimore, Maryland.

Mr. Suzuki is a Senior Director in the Boston office of HFF with more than 13 years of
experience in commercial real estate and hospitality. He is primarily responsible for hotel
and resort investment advisory and equity placement in New England and across North
America. Mr. Suzuki joined HFF's Boston office in 2013 and has been involved in more than $1.5 billion of executed transactions during that time. Prior to joining HFF, he worked at Pinnacle Advisory Group, one of the top hotel consulting companies in the northeast, and worked on more than 175 consulting assignments, including market studies, appraisals, acquisition due diligence, brand impact studies and litigation support. He began his hospitality career working in operations as a Front Desk Manager at Four Seasons Hotels & Resorts in Jackson Hole, Wyoming and Washington, D.C. Mr. Suzuki received his bachelor's degree from Cornell University, School of Hotel Administration.
