Klaus has 17 years of experience in the mortgage industry, most of which has been as an originator. While the majority of Klaus' business is in Massachusetts, he is also licensed to originate loans in CT, ME, NH, NJ, NY and RI. Klaus takes extreme pride in keeping his word and delivering the best pricing and service possible. Both he and his team are dedicated and accessible at all times to assist clients through the loan process, while keeping the task of getting a mortgage as simple and streamlined as possible.
Klaus resides in Duxbury, MA with his wife where they are raising their 3 children. He earned an MBA from the Amos Tuck School at Dartmouth College in 1995 and a Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Yale Engineering in 1988. In his free time Klaus enjoys family activities such as hiking and skiing as well as spending time Maine at their lake cottage.
