Details
Grab a partner and join the club's second self-scheduled doubles tournament. This fall we run three skill brackets, Beginner, Intermediate, and Advanced, so every team plays opponents at its own level.
Format
Sign up as a team of two. Each team picks its bracket at registration, and organizers may adjust placements to keep brackets balanced. Teams play round-robin matches within their bracket, with 3 guaranteed matches, and each round has a window of about 10 days for the two teams to coordinate and play on their own. The top teams in each bracket advance to the finals.
Timeline
- Sign-ups close: Saturday, October 3
- Brackets announced: week of October 5
- Round 1: October 10 to 19
- Round 2: October 20 to 29
- Round 3: October 30 to November 8
- Catch-up window: November 9 to 13
- Finals: weekend of November 14 to 15
Entry fee
$15 per team, paid through this event page.
Prizes
Bracket winners receive MIT Sloan Pickleball Club merch and winner stickers.
