Join the Operations Management Club for a fireside chat with Jamie Bonini from Toyota and John Shook from the Lean Enterprise Institute. The panel will discuss how TPS or Lean is usually misunderstood and misapplied in companies, what it takes to create operational excellence and why most companies do not achieve operational excellence. We look forward to welcoming Jamie and John to Sloan and are excited that the conversation will be moderated by Sloan Operations professor Zeynep Ton. Lunch will be served.

Jamie Bonini is the Vice President of TSSC at Toyota Engineering and Manufacturing North America. TSSC is the Toyota Production System Support center and is a not-for-profit corporation affiliated with Toyota Motor Engineering & Manufacturing North America (TEMA) in Erlanger KY. TSSC works with both small to mid-sized industrial companies and non-profit organizations in North America to implement the Toyota Production System to strengthen their operations.
