You are invited to the first iLead Speaker Series event of the semester on Wednesday, September 25, at 12:00 p.m. in Wong Auditorium featuring Martha S. Samuelson, SF '86, CEO and Chairman, Analysis Group and Rebecca Kirk Fair, MBA '02, Managing Principal, Analysis Group.

Martha Samuelson, SF '86 is the CEO and Chairman of Analysis Group, one of the largest economic consulting firms in the United States. She is a successful leader whose expertise in antitrust, finance, and valuation has shaped economic and financial analysis in complex legal disputes.

Her leadership at Analysis Group has been marked by innovation and growth, steering the firm in support of clients facing regulatory investigations, merger review and litigation. During her time at Analysis Group, the firm has expanded their position in litigation across antitrust, finance, intellectual property, and health care, both in the US and around the world. The firm has also developed a thriving non-litigation practices in the areas of health economics and epidemiology. Martha’s analytical work has influenced hundreds matters, including significant cases for the DOJ, MasterCard, and Microsoft, and has been instrumental in guiding economic analyses for landmark legal decisions across an array of industries.

Rebecca Kirk Fair, MBA '02, is the Managing Principal at Analysis Group. She is a renowned expert in the field of economic consulting, with a wealth of experience leading the development of economic and market analyses. Her expertise spans a broad range of matters, including antitrust litigation, intellectual property, false advertising, and tax issues, both in the United States and internationally.

As a co-founder of the Analysis Group’s Surveys & Experimental Studies practice, Rebecca has specialized in evaluating competition and substitution patterns to examine consumer behavior and preferences in litigation and in mergers and antitrust litigation. Her analytical skills and testifying experience have been invaluable to clients and colleagues alike in a variety of industries from online travel and social media to airlines and credit cards.

iLead is the premier speaker series at MIT Sloan, which provides significant educational enrichment and is a natural complement to the school’s curriculum.
