Our Mission Statement

Created by the staff at MIT Sloan, MIT Sloan Women 4 Women (SW4W) has the mission of fostering an empowering network of support among women in the MIT Sloan community. SW4W is aiming to celebrate diversity, reinforce our solidarity, honor our commonalities, and build connections across our school. We welcome all members of our community at our events.

Please note: SW4W uses “women” to refer to all gender expansive people, including, but not limited to, transgender, cisgender, non-binary, gender non-conforming, and woman-identified people. We celebrate them all during Women's History Month and throughout the year, and welcome them to join or partner with our group.
