Next Steps for Class of 2026

Step 1: Confirm Access to x360 Leadership Development Report
Timing: After July 2

LearningBridge will email you instructions on how to access your x360 Leadership Development Report. Reports will be available beginning July 2.

Step 2: Complete Reflection Worksheet
Timing: Complete by Jul 15

Please complete the pre-work and Reflection Worksheet below. Submit your Worksheet no later than Jul 15. The Reflection Worksheet is required to participate in the Guided Meeting.

Step 3: Anticipate Outreach from your Guide
Timing: by Jul 22

Once you have completed all pre-work, you will be assigned a guide. This guide will reach out via email to schedule a time to meet.

Step 4: Participate in Guided SessionTiming: Jul 22 - Aug 23

Your x360 and Reflection Worksheet are meant to serve as catalysts for a guided discussion to identify some leadership development goals for your time at Sloan. Having this conversation with a peer and guide will also give you a chance to connect with another member of the class of 2026.

Your guide will coordinate a meeting time directly with you.

Pre-Work for Guided Session

Prior to attending a guided session, complete the following pre-work.

Become Familiar with the LF Process

Explore the Reflection Worksheet, which frames the use of the x360. Guided by the worksheet's questions, begin the process of self reflection needed to complete it. It is due on Jul 15.

How to Read an x360 Leadership Development Report

View the video explaining how to understand an x360 Leadership Development Report.  
(about 20 minutes)

5.

Reflect and Distill your Narrative

Continuing with your reflective thinking process, complete, a written Reflections Worksheet, using the x360 when helpful.
(about 90+ minutes)

2.

Learn about the 4Caps+ Model

The 4Caps+ model provides the conceptual underpinnings for the x360 Report. While we welcome you to complete the entire 4Caps+ Model module, feel free to skip forward focusing on each of the video clips.(about 60 minutes)

4.

Review your x360 Report and other Data

Having completed #1, review your x360 Report (sent via LearningBridge). Review other relevant feedback, too (e.g., prior professional reviews and assessments).
(about 60-90 minutes)

6.

Upload Completed Reflection Worksheet

Upload your Reflection Worksheet, here no later than Jul 15.
