Join us for a conversation with Karan Singh from Ginger (Sloan MBA '11), Sarah Hodges from Pillar VC, and Matthew Bellows from BodesWell, as they discuss with us how mindfulness has impacted their working life and how it has benefited their lifestyle in the entrepreneurial environment.


A little more on each of our panelists:
Matthew Bellows is the co-founder and CEO of BodesWell - digital financial planning software that aligns your money with the life you want to live. Matthew is also the Board Chair at Yesware. He co-founded and served as CEO of Yesware for the first eight years of the company. Matthew has practiced meditation for 25 years. He became a certified meditation instructor in 2004 and has taught internationally since then.

Sarah Hodges has spent the last decade as an entrepreneur and executive in high-growth consumer and enterprise companies. Prior to Pillar, Sarah co-founded Intelligent.ly, a leadership development company that has transformed thousands of emerging leaders from companies, leaving an enduring impact on the Boston ecosystem. Sarah invests in enterprise and consumer companies on behalf of Pillar VC and leads the firm's platform, supporting portfolio companies with access to mentorship, leadership development,talent and tactical insight.

Karan Singh, Co-Founder & Chief Operating Officer, drives (clinical) strategy, business development, research, and oversees daily operations for Ginger. He has worked across the healthcare ecosystem from consulting with leading bio-pharma clients (ZS Associates) to commercializing a health data analytics solution (Humedica) to establishing research partnerships with leading academic medical centers.
