This ceremony unites the undergraduate and graduate classes in all degree programs in all schools and the college. The OneMIT ceremony will include the academic procession, speeches, including the President's Charge to the Graduates, the address by entrepreneur and biochemical engineer Dr. Noubar Afeyan PhD ’87, this year's Institute Commencement speaker, and the turning of the Brass Rat.

A ticket is required for all those ages three (3) and older. Babies and children ages two (2) years and under do not need tickets. Tickets for MIT Commencement ceremonies may not be bought or sold under any circumstances.
The OneMIT Commencement Ceremony will be available via live web streaming.
