Details
Les Mills BODYPUMP is a 55-minute total body workout using light to moderate weight barbells. Led by expert instructor Lizzy Salata, LGO 2025. You'll sculpt and strengthen while grooving to great music.
All fitness levels welcome with tailored options. Leave feeling challenged and motivated with likeminded Sloanies! After class, relax with the group over some refreshing smoothies.
Please dress comfortably for exercise. Equipment is provided at the studio.
