Your Core Mentor is here to support you through your first 100 days at Sloan. Now’s the time to schedule a 1:1 and a team check-in with them. These conversations are a chance to reflect on your first weeks, ask questions, and talk about how things are going. Your Core Mentor will also join Team Day or set up another time to discuss your team contract.
If you haven’t connected yet, don’t hesitate to reach out to them to suggest a time.
