Kevin Kroll is a purpose driven energy transition leader, having spent his career advancing decarbonized energy infrastructure as part of an orderly energy transition. He spent 10 years supporting new nuclear construction across Asia and the US, including 5 years at Vogtle 3&4 where he led critical path acceleration and project recovery efforts following Westinghouse's acquisition of CB&I's nuclear business as head of construction planning. In 2017 he joined McKinsey, helping clients across asset classes improve the performance of their most critical capital projects. Today, as COO of RWE Clean Energy he is responsible for leading top-performing teams to achieve best-in-class operational performance while executing an ambitious growth strategy.
