Join Sloan Energy Club for a Lunch & Learn with Barry Reaves, Vice President, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Justice & Workforce Development at Northeast Clean Energy Council (NECEC).

Barry advises clean energy companies operating in New England - from start-ups to large infra firms and developers - on how to develop talent strategies, i.e., identify their future workforce and skill needs, and work with educational institutions, training providers, and non-profits in the area to grow the regional workforce. This is a critical topic for future clean energy leaders. Barry will present case studies of the work he's done with companies of various sizes, and lead a Q&A with students.
