As a part of CH Media since 2006, Sam built the CollegeHumor video team from scratch, earning the comedy brand 30M followers, a 50M+ weekly reach, 200M+ monthly video views, and 25+ Webby Awards. He helped create influential web series such as "Very Mary-Kate," "Jake and Amir," Pete Holmes' "Badman" parodies, "Precious Plum," "If Google Was a Guy," and more.

As founder of Big Breakfast, CollegeHumor's offshoot production company, Sam helped create / EP long-form programming such as "Adam Ruins Everything (TruTV), "Hot Date" (PopTV), "Middle of the Night Show" (MTV), "Time Traveling Bong" (Comedy Central), "The Comedy Music Hall of Fame" (IFC), "The Britishes" (DirecTV), as well as shows for YouTube Premium, Facebook Watch, Verizon Go90, and Comcast Watchable. Big Breakfast was sold to Ben Silverman's Propagate in 2018.

As CCO of Dropout, CollegeHumor's subscription offering, Sam created a slate of original content that earned the platform nearly 100k subscribers in Y1. In 2020, he made a deal with IAC take over CH Media, and is now its CEO.

In 2012, Sam was named a Forbes "30 Under 30" in the Media category. In 2014, he was also named an MCN "40 Under 40."

Jake Daniels is a first-year MBA student at MIT Sloan who lives at the intersection of technology and entertainment. Prior to business school, he worked in Drama Development at Universal Television, a part of NBCUniversal.
