Grab your favorite ugly sweater and join us for a cozy evening of beer and chocolate pairings that will leave you feeling merry and just that much more prepared to 'wow' your weird uncle this holiday season. Our private tasting will be led by local Cicerone, Allo Gilinsky (aka The Craft Beer Concierge). We will also be dropping a surprise club announcement at the event, so you won't want to miss it!
 

Allo Gilinsky is a Certified Cicerone® and Saison Savant originally from Northern California. He found a love of beer through both sampling the beverage and learning how much the people in the beer industry truly care about the product and each other. He founded and ran a brewery tour company Pints of Portsmouth Brew Tours from 2015-2017 and has worked in various facets of the beer industry over the past 4 years. He attended San Diego State University's Craft Beer Business program where he obtained a professional certificate in 2019. He's an equal "hopportunist" and simply cannot answer what his favorite beer is, as it changes with the seasons.
