Details

Ilene Gordon, SB '75, SM '76 and Bram Bluestein have been married for almost four decades. In that time, they have raised two children, supported two grandchildren, and embraced two high-impact careers. From her first role out of MIT Sloan at Boston Consulting Group, to ultimately serving as CEO of a Fortune 500 company, Ilene's leadership path is varied and inspiring, as is her husband Bram's. Bram has held senior leadership positions at several of the most respected consulting firms in the world.

Ilene and Bram will join Associate Dean and Professor Nelson Repenning in conversation, co-hosted by the MIT Leadership Center and the MIT Sloan Office of External Relations, to share their learnings on how to navigate their personal and professional journeys, together.

Don't miss this event for candid perspectives on how to balance career, life, and family; their insights also offer a case study on how we might build greater equity in leadership across all sectors of our economy.
Food Provided (Heavy appetizers as well as beer and wine will be served at the reception following the talk.)
