Details
Audrey McLoghlin is a former engineer and Georgia Tech graduate with a heart for entrepreneurship, who founded Frank & Eileen in 2009 with a mission to reinvent women’s button-up shirts using premium Italian fabrics. The brand has grown into a woman-owned, B Corp-certified leader in sustainable fashion. Audrey has maintained 100% ownership while partnering with ethical manufacturers since the company’s inception.
In 2020, Audrey launched the Frank & Eileen Giving Pledge, committing $10 million over ten years to support women entrepreneurs through education. This year, Frank & Eileen doubled its Giving Pledge to $20 million to support female leaders. As part of this broader initiative, Audrey recently generously supported MIT Sloan by establishing the Frank & Eileen Female Leaders Fellowship, an endowed fellowship that will live in perpetuity to support women MBA candidates for generations to come.
Now in its second decade, the brand continues to champion timeless style and female empowerment under Audrey’s leadership as a mother, founder, and CEO.
iLead is the premier speaker series at MIT Sloan, which provides significant educational enrichment and is a natural complement to the school’s curriculum. It is a privilege to have Audrey join us for this event and we look forward to an engaging conversation with an inspiring leader.
