iLead Lunch and Conversation featuring the CEO of Lumina Advisory Services, Ruby Chandy, SB '82, SM '89

You are invited to the iLead Speaker Series event on Wednesday, November 6, at 12:00 p.m. in Wong Auditorium featuring Ruby Chandy, SB '82, SM '89, CEO, Lumina Advisory Services.

Ruby Chandy has held sector and division general management leadership roles in high value industrial and life science companies including Pall Corporation, Dow Chemical, Thermo Fisher Scientific, Boston Scientific, and Millipore. She has extensive experience in innovation, commercial and marketing-driven growth strategies, and served as Chief Marketing Officer at Dow Chemical, Rohm and Haas, and Thermo Fisher Scientific.

Ruby also has over 15 years of experience on public company boards, currently serving on the boards of DuPont, Thermo Fisher Scientific, and Flowserve. In addition to her corporate roles, Ruby is active in advisory and mentorship positions, including currently serving on the Advisory Board of Pritzker Private Capital, and formerly serving as lead director for Altas DuBois Chemicals, and as a Mentor-in Residence for University of Pennsylvania PCI Ventures. She is also involved with NACD Philadelphia Chapter, and Cristo Rey Philadelphia High School.

Ruby has a very close relationship with MIT and MIT Sloan. As a member of the MIT Sloan Americas Dean’s Executive Board, she is a close partner to Interim Dean Georgia Perakis in advising the school and is also engaged with the MIT Leadership Center.

iLead is the premier speaker series at MIT Sloan, which provides significant educational enrichment and is a natural complement to the school’s curriculum. It is a privilege to have Ruby join us for this event and we look forward to an engaging conversation with an inspiring leader.
