Join us for a unique culinary experience at Noche Cultural - Clase de Cocina Nikkei, where we’ll explore the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian cuisine. Open to all Latin American Business Club members—MBA 1st years, MBA 2nd years, Sloan Fellows, MFins, and beyond—this event is an opportunity to discover the flavors and history behind Nikkei cuisine, one of Latin America's most celebrated gastronomic traditions.

Led by Pepe, Dani, Sofi, Lucía and Gisel, we’ll learn how to prepare iconic Nikkei ceviches, blending Japanese techniques with Peruvian ingredients. After cooking, we’ll sit down to enjoy the meal together, sharing great food and great company.

All ingredients provided – just bring your own beer/drinks and lots of enthusiasm!
